Our officers are equipped with the latest in Nextel Direct Connect radios and cellular communication. Our radios are Java and GPS enabled, allowing our officers to be monitored via GPS and to be alerted by email. Clients using Nextel communications can link into our network for more immediate response from officers.
Our Field Supervisors are linked to all officers in their group to maintain constant communication. We utilize a system of radio, email and GPS check-ins to ensure officer placement within a client location. Officers log on and off duty through their Nextel radio/phones, in addition to completing hourly or semi-hourly status checks.
In addition to our Nextel Direct Connect radios and phones, we can also equip our officers with standard 2-way radios or any other client based communications system in order to create a seamless integration with client operations.
