Our Field Supervisors make daily random inspections of our client sites —at all hours and frequency—to add an additional level of accountability.
Supervisors are concerned with appearance, attitude, level of alertness, documentation and compliance with Post Command s and Company policy. Quality of service and customer care is our top priority.
Field Supervisors are given command and control authority over our teams of security officers in the field, allowing them to make decisions with regard to personnel that are in the best interest of the clients and the operation of security functions.
Quality Assurance Division
Our Field Supervisors make daily random inspections of our client sites —at all hours and frequency—to add an additional level of accountability.
Our Quality Assurance Division makes frequent, unannounced inspections of local management offices, patrol officers and client sites to provide Regional Managers with an independent assessment of current client conditions for their regions.
The QA Division also integrates traditional customer service audits, secret shopper and other covert surveillance techniques to assess quality performance standards of our personnel.
